Chris is the Executive Vice President of Albers Industrials, a core business unit within the Albers Aerospace Holdings LLC portfolio. Headquartered in the Dallas area, Albers is built on three strategic pillars: Industrials, Innovation, and Defense.
Chris oversees more than seven manufacturing and fabrication facilities across the continental United States, leading a mission-driven team united by one purpose: Dedicated to the Warfighter.
With over 25 years of experience, Chris is a seasoned manufacturing executive known for transforming complex operations into high-performing, cost-efficient powerhouses. His leadership has delivered multimillion-dollar savings, accelerated plant performance, and cultivated elite teams that consistently outperform key metrics. From greenfield start-ups to post-acquisition integrations, Chris has spearheaded numerous successful plant launches and expansions.
Most recently, Chris led Thyssenkrupp Nucera USA’s $115M+ RD&D facility initiative, securing a $50M U.S. Department of Energy grant while serving as Principal Investigator and Governmental Affairs Officer—a testament to his ability to navigate both technical execution and strategic stakeholder engagement.
Chris’ leadership philosophy has always been rooted in a culture of trust and empowerment, where learning is constant, safety is non-negotiable, and excellence is the standard.
His manufacturing journey began in the U.S. Navy during Operation Desert Storm, where he served with Submarine Squadron 16. Tasked with leading mobile manufacturing teams to classified, forward-deployed locations, Chris played a critical role in repairing nuclear-powered ballistic missile submarines (SSBNs), enabling sustained U.S. naval operations across the globe.
